Interim management and executive search specialist BIE Group has bolstered its senior finance search practice with the appointment of Jonathan Jones as director.

With more than two decades of resourcing global finance functions, Jones was previously head of executive search at finance and accountancy recruiter Sheridan Maine.

His new position reunites him after 20 years with former colleague Rob Walker, one of the founders in the 1990s of search firm Walker Hamill and now BIE Group chief executive.

Jones’ remit is to grow BIE’s finance search practice in the FMCG, retail and pharmaceutical sectors across the UK and Western, Central and Eastern Europe.
