The day saw 30 candidates invited to an audition day in the style of TV show The Apprentice, culminating in a boardroom interview, after an application process which involves over 500 applications for its average client.

Sarah Mason, HR director at Phaidon, whose brands include recently-launched life sciences recruiter EPM Scientific, and financial specialist Selby Jennings, comments: “Getting the very best talent on board is key to achieving our vision”.
