Executive search firm CTPartners has hired Mark Hexamer and Dayton Ogden to lead CTGrowth Partners, a new division of the business working for high growth companies.

Executive search firm CTPartners has hired Mark Hexamer and Dayton Ogden to lead CTGrowth Partners, a new division of the business working for high growth companies.
Both will be based in Silicon Valley, with Ogden taking the role of managing principal and Hexamer being a principal.
Ogden was a co-founder of tech search firm Fortis Partners, and previously worked for executive search company Spencer Stuart.
Hexamer previously worked for Fortis.
