Global executive search firm Pedersen & Partners has taken over Rantasa Consulting, an Austrian executive search firm, bringing its owner Dr Helga Rantasa into the company to work alongside Kristian Pedersen as co-country manager for Austria.

Dr Rantasa has over a decade’s search experience running her own firm, in addition to spending time in a senior role with Korn/Ferry International and with Neumann International.
