International recruiter Ambition Group has appointed Eric Dodd in the role of non-executive chairman.

Incumbent chairman Nick Waterworth will step into the role of deputy chairman.

Dodd has over 30 years’ board level and financial services experience, and also currently holds the chair at independent financial services firm Firstfolio, as well as financial advice and wealth management firm SFG Australia.

Other previous roles include senior positions at BUPA, Legal & General and NatWest.
