Global executive recruiter CTPartners has taken on Noah Schwarz as a principal in the financial services practice, based in its New York office.

He joins from rival search firm Heidrick & Struggles. Before working in recruitment, he spent six years with investment banking firm Goldman Sachs, law firm Davis Polk & Wardwell, US agency the Securities & Exchange Commission and the US Senate.
