International staffing group Empresaria has increased its ownership in medical recruitment agencies MediradiX OÜ of Estonia and MediradiX Oy of Finland.

It now owns 95.7% of shares in both companies, having purchased 9% more share capital in each for €300k (£258k) in cash, of which €50k is deferred for one year.

This follows an agreement originally confirmed in December 2010, under which is acquired substantial shares in the staffing firm last August.
