A Worcestershire-based recruiter has launched a trio of new training academies for employers in Redditch, Worcester and Kidderminster.
eResponse Recruitment’s network of training academies can offer training for up to 200 delegates each day and will help address the skills gaps for local firms hiring employees.
Candidates are trained in manual and non-manual skills including warehousing, forklift truck driving, sales, customer service, contact centre, security, health & safety, media and design, and office-based administration.
The courses can be for employees as part of induction or improvement programmes, or also for unemployed people looking to get back into work.
