The initiative is part of efforts to address a training and skills gap in the jobs market.

Employers that source an employee through OfficeZebra will see 15% shaved off their final invoice if they are prepared to invest in good quality training. Professionals who work for OfficeZebra’s training partners or the employer’s own established training providers can provide the training.

Shane Green from OfficeZebra said: “With this talent programme, we are enriching the UK talent pool.”
