More than 120 new jobs are being created in Glasgow following the acquisition of call centre Bellcom Worldwide, which is today relaunching as Vitel.

More than 120 new jobs are being created in Glasgow following the acquisition of call centre Bellcom Worldwide, which is today relaunching as Vitel.
Vitel, a name which derives from the words ‘vital’ and ‘telephone’, is now part of the newly-formed Neptis Group, the customer communication services provider, having been acquired by Bellcom in March.
New contracts agreed with companies in the water and waste services, insurance, business improvement and energy efficiency industries will result in 120 new jobs being created by the end of this year.
