Thu, 7 Aug 2014Korn Ferry has launched an analytics engine called KF4D, which aims to provide companies with the ability to measure their talent assets.
The engine is based on Korn Ferry’s global database of over 2.5m senior executive assessments and 8.5m candidate profiles. Features include identifying talent, assessing performance and development gaps, and comparing organisations with industry peers.
Steve Newhall, managing partner at Korn Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting in London, said in a statement: “Businesses track and value most of their assets from inventory, to product quality, operations expenses or profit margins with great precision. Yet few companies are so meticulous when measuring their talent assets.”
The new system will be used for Korn Ferry’s executive search and professional recruiting processes, leadership development and consulting, and recruitment process outsourcing engagements, as well as internal hiring and leadership development efforts.
