Career Collaborative is a Massachusetts not-for-profit organisation that helps low-income adults find and keep jobs with career potential.

LaToya Allen, Career Collaborative’s career development manager, was promoted to donor relations manager.

Bullhorn has been a partner of Career Collaborative since 2011, with Papas and other employees acting as practice interviewers for Career Collaborative’s clients.
Career Collaborative former chairman Jerry Jacobs has stepped down into the role of vice chairman.
