Brian Sullivan (pictured), chairman and chief executive of US-listed global executive search firm CTPartners, is stepping down, effective 2 April, after more than 10 years’ service, the company’s board announced.
No reason was given for Sullivan’s departure.
Vice chairman Sylvain Dhenin will succeed Sullivan as CEO. The board is conducting a search for a new non-executive director to fill the chairman position.
According to a company statement, Dhenin joined CTPartners in 2006 and has recruited for C-suite and director positions for global companies, as well as growing CTPartners’ European offices from two to 15 in eight countries.
Before joining CTPartners, Dhenin was managing partner of Whitehead Mann SAS, the French branch of executive search firm London-based Whitehead Mann, now a subsidiary of US-listed executive recruiter Korn Ferry.
