Technical and engineering staffing specialist 1st Step Solutions has appointed Les Fillery and Matthew Jones as managing directors. 

Both will retain responsibilities connected to their previous roles as finance director and operations director respectively.

The move follows previous MD Max White’s decision to step down due to a period of ill health.
