International executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles has seen year-on year consolidated net revenue increase 3.6% to US$115.2m (£75.38m) in its financial results for Q1 2015.

International executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles has seen year-on year consolidated net revenue increase 3.6% to US$115.2m (£75.38m) in its financial results for Q1 2015.

The group’s results, published today, reveal net revenue from executive search and leadership consulting increased 2.3% year-on-year to $107m, while net revenue from the group’s culture shaping services rose 24.6% to $8.1m year-on-year.

Exchange rate fluctuations adversely affected the group’s results to the tune of $4.9m in the quarter.
