Tue, 14 Apr 2015 | By Graham Simons, Jobsite Roundtable, LondonJob boards should integrate a system in which recruiters can rank candidates on how interactive they are, according to James Driver, senior talent acquisition specialist at mailroom equipment manufacturer Neopost.
Speaking at a Jobsite-organised roundtable in London today (14 April), Driver called on job boards to focus on creating a function that enables recruiters, both in-house and agency, to rate candidates on how well they interact with the recruiter, for example via email, phone or social media. They can then record how best to stay in touch with those candidates.
Driver said: "If you could check on their profile and see instantly what recruiters and other companies think, and see what their ranking is, you could see [if] they’re really terrible at getting back to you.
