Talent solutions company Futurestep, a Korn Ferry company, has appointed Viquar Khan as managing director of global operations.

Based in London, Khan will be responsible for strategic development and leadership of Futurestep’s recruitment centres of excellence, as well as further developing the group’s global capability to support clients across these centres.

His most recent role was as interim director of recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) at banking giant Barclays, and before that he was director of global client service centres at RPO firm Alexander Mann Solutions.
