Global recruitment and training specialist for corporate and marketing  communications VMA Group has appointed three new board members.

The trio, all of whom have worked for VMA for at least two years, include director of continental Europe Willem de Rujiter, director of internal communications Andrew Harvey and Lucinda Moores, director of external communications practice Europe.
