Ecco Finishing Supplies managing director Keith Miller and former Northern Recruitment Group (NRG) business operations director Melissa Thompson have reportedly joined forces to create recruiter KMS Partners. 

According to publication The Gazette, the pair, both from Teesside, met when Thompson took part in a fundraiser to fight local homelessness and poverty that Miller had co-organised.

KMS Partners, initially based in County Durham, specialises in recruiting for the manufacturing, production, engineering, blasting and painting, retail, logistics and supply chain sectors across the North-East.
