Jeremy Rickman has joined luxury services provider Quintessentially Group as chief operating office after 17 years with executive search firm Russell Reynolds Associates.

Rickman joined Russell Reynolds as European chief financial officer back in 1998 and was most recently global head of the firm’s corporate officers division.

The Quintessentially Group said in a statement it has created the new role specifically for Rickman to develop the businesses’ global reach and customer service.
