US executive search and professional contract services firm Arevo Group has bought Virginia-based multi-sector recruiter Renick Group. 

The transaction closed 21 September. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Renick founder and president Coy Renick joins Arevo to lead its sales and marketing efforts in Virginia. Executive recruiter Donna Tatum also joins Arevo.
