Recruitment software provider Bullhorn has partnered with Kyloe, which will support Bullhorn customers with the software.

Kyloe was launched this week by Raymond Pennie, non-executive director at Kamanchi, an outsourced IT systems firm working with recruitment agencies, and former Bullhorn director Stewart Morgan.

Kyloe will offer software consultancy specifically to Bullhorn customers across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
