Scottish multi-sector recruiter Change Recruitment Group has appointed two new directors.

Andrew Finlayson joins from IT recruiter Be-IT Resourcing as director of IT, digital and business change, while Laura Thorburn has been promoted to associate director.

The pair are both based in Edinburgh.
