Los Angeles dating site eHarmony has announced it is to enter the recruitment space, using its personality matching skills to connect jobseekers and employers.

According to news service Reuters, eHarmony plans to launch Elevated Careers next year, with the expectation it will contribute 60% of the company’s revenue within three years. 

In the meantime, however, both jobseekers and recruiters can sign up to the site.

Availability continues to rise for both perm and temp candidates

November saw increased availability of workers for the ninth straight month of the year, countered by lingering economic uncertainty and hesitancy to commit to new hires.
