International executive search Pedersen & Partners has appointed Ömer Küçüksavaş as a principal within its Istanbul office.

Küçüksavaş joins from automotive company Assan Hani, where he was sales director.

Elsewhere, Marta Grochal joins the firm’s Warsaw team as a principal.

Grochal was previously a partner at global retained executive search company TRANSEARCH, where she specialised in corporate operations and business unit strategy.
