US-based global IT consulting and executive search firm Sonoma Consulting has acquired Virginia-based technology recruitment and solutions provider StrategyHire.

The deal opens up the US East Coast market and adds over 50 clients to Sonoma’s books.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
