Baroness Jan Royall, the former leader of the House of Lords, has been appointed chair and strategic adviser to the Diversity Recruitment Institute for Value and Excellence (DRIVE).

DRIVE works to boost diversity in hiring in the UK, and is backed by interim and executive search firm Green Park.
