Fri, 30 Oct 2015Nakama Group has this morning announced its longstanding chief operating officer Kerri Sayers is leaving the business, effective tomorrow, after 21 years.
The firm has also announced the appointment of Angus Watson to the newly created role of chief financial officer.
Watson, who was recently appointed non-executive director at Nakama, was previously group finance director at global telecoms recruiter First Point Group.
Nakama chief executive Rob Sheffield told Recruiter the decision to create a CFO role was to give the company “the rigour and support at board level that a publically listed company should have”.
He added there were no plans to replace Sayers at this stage.
