Talent acquisition company Futurestep, part of global executive search firm Korn Ferry, has appointed Vivienne Dykstra as business development director EMEA.

Dykstra’s previous roles include HR director at Deutsche Bank, and European head of campus recruitment and training at NatWest Markets.

She is based at Futurestep’s London office.
