Caldwell Partners International, a Toronto-based executive search firm, has announced its expansion into the New Zealand and Australia market.  

Under the agreement, the new team will operate under the Caldwell Partners brand.

The team will be headed by Simon Monks and Nick Scarlett, who have been appointed managing directors for the region and will be based in Auckland, New Zealand. 

The new outfit will have access to Caldwell Partners’ proprietary search methodology, processes, training and certain other intellectual property.
