Futurestep, part of global executive search firm Korn Ferry, has opened a Human Resources Centre of Expertise (HR COE), designed to meet the growing client demand for HR talent.

It focuses on middle and senior level management and executive search assignments for HR professionals throughout the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.

The centre is run by Futurestep’s head of HR, EMEA Ashley Mills and overseen by Richard Shea and Ettore Landini, both managing directors, search, EMEA.

It is based in London and Zurich.
