Martin Gooden has launched Trinity Scott, a recruitment-to-recruitment firm focusing on the retained search sector.

Gooden, according to his LinkedIn profile, has held managerial and director-level positions with recruitment firms including David Chorley International, Goodman Masson and Circle Square Talent.

He says Trinity Scott offers careers advice from a panel of researchers, with the aim to focus on the candidate’s career first and foremost, and job options to follow. 

Trinity Scott is based in London but offers its services globally.
