Futurestep, part of global executive search firm Korn Ferry, has appointed Susan Raffetto as vice president of strategic life sciences accounts. 

Raffetto will be responsible for developing and overseeing recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) solutions within strategic life sciences.

Most recently, Raffetto was vice president of global recruiting and mobility at scientific instruments manufacturer Bruker Corporation. 

According to her LinkedIn profile, she is based in the Greater Boston area.
