Glasgow-based recruiter Global Recruitment Group (GRG) has appointed David Mulgrew as commercial director. 

Mulgrew’s remit is to help expand the commercial recruitment division of GRG operating out of new premises in Buchanan Street in the heart of the Glasgow.

According to his LinkedIn profile, Mulgrew was a regional director with recruiter Red Rock Partnership.
