Multi-sector recruiter Keene and Lord has secured a £4m funding agreement with invoice finance provider Bibby Financial Services to help fuel growth.

A statement issued by Bibby says Keene and Lord’s cashflow has “always been fairly tight, as payment terms can be up to 90 days”, meaning the company relies on third-party funding for growth.
