Business services provider Optionis, which primarily services the staffing industry, has acquired specialist pub accountant ARC Licensed Trade Consultancy, for an undisclosed sum.

ARC specialises in providing accountancy, payroll and consultancy services to the licensed trade industry.

Its founder, Anthony Ringer, joins Optionis as business development director of the firm’s ClearSky Business division. 

ARC’s existing client base, which includes pubs operated by Punch Taverns, Star Pubs & Bars, JW Lees and Robinsons Brewery, will be serviced by the ClearSky Business team.
