The Angela Mortimer Group, a London-founded PA and office support recruiter, has acquired Geneva, Switzerland-based DS Partners for an undisclosed sum. 

DS Partners supplies Geneva and nearby towns with PA and office support staff, and will continue to be led by Veronique Dewally. Its brand will remain, as will all staff. 

Group development director Chris Horsley told Recruiter the deal was Angela Mortimer’s first foray into the Swiss market, and it plans to grow and expand DS Partners. 

The deal was signed late last week, with the partnership made official yesterday, but Angela Mortimer has already appointed two new recruitment consultants to DS Partners. 

Monique Rowe, who worked for Angela Mortimer in London through the 1990s but subsequently moved to Geneva, now returns to the business. 

Also joining is French graduate Hugo Beninca. He joins as a trainee. 

As well as its UK and now Swiss presence, Angela Mortimer has offices in Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam, New York, Hong Kong and Shanghai.

Horsley said the firm expects to add another European office by the end of the year, in line with its international expansion strategy. It is also looking to the US and Australia.
