Axon Moore formally launches following merger

Following last year’s merger of the two companies, financial recruiters Axon Resourcing and Watson Moore have formally launched a new business structure and branding.

Following last year's merger of the two companies, financial recruiters Axon Resourcing and Watson Moore have formally launched a new business structure and branding.

Most of the Manchester-headquartered business will now operate under the Axon Moore name, while the public sector division will continue under the Axon Resourcing name. 

Coinciding with the rebrand, the firm has appointed Phil Grinhaff and Rich Winsland as directors. 

Based at Axon Moore’s London offices, Grinhaff leads the firm’s London and South-East operation, with a focus on permanent chief financial officer/finance director-level recruitment. According to his LinkedIn profile, he was previously director of BIE Executive’s finance and general management search practice.

Manchester-based Winsland, who joins from PwC, has been appointed finance director. According to his LinkedIn profile, he was an assurance senior manager at PwC.
