International executive search firm Pedersen & Partners has appointed Dean McHugh as a regional client partner within its Asia Pacific team.

McHugh joins from drinks company Bacardi Asia Pacific, where he was managing director in charge of developing the company’s presence in Greater China.

He is based in Bangkok.

Meanwhile in Munich, Gary Williams has been promoted to partner and equity owner of the firm.
