The Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) has appointed multi-sector recruiter Meridian Business Support’s head of quality and risk management Jayne Hambling to its professional standard committee (PSC).

The PSC considers serious breaches of REC’s Code of Practice, following complaints about REC members’ practices and service to the REC, or where businesses fail to achieve the minimum requirements set by their compliance tests.
