Office and industrial recruiter Spring Personnel is set to disappear as a separate brand within Adecco group.

The brand is joining forces with Adecco to create a bigger entity under the Adecco brand.

Adecco says the newly enlarged company will strengthen its position in the market, and provide candidates with a wider range of opportunities.

The changes, which are due to be phased in starting from March, will see 674 staff across 121 branches working under the enlarged Adecco banner, alongside its onsite operations.

Existing staff will be retained, although the company says a small number of branches will be combined to create larger offices.

The new organisation will be overseen by Alex Fleming, who continues in her role as managing director of Adecco. Nicola Rogers, Spring Personnel’s business director, will take on a new role as operations director for Adecco.
