Recruitment start-up TalentPool has appointed executive search firm Odgers Berndtson’s chair Richard Boggis-Rolfe as non-executive director.

Boggis-Rolfe will help guide the start-up graduate recruitment business, and constructively assess and advise on its business plan as it continues its rapid growth.

He helped grow Odgers from a team of 25 in the late 1990s to an international brand, with 1,000 employees across 50 offices worldwide.
