Global telecoms provider Telefónica has partnered with digital job-matching marketplace Jobandtalent to offer the matching technology plus exclusive features to its customers. 

The two companies will start the roll out of the service this month in Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Spain. Additional countries where Telefónica operates will be added later in the year. 

Jobandtalent technology matches jobs posted by businesses with the most relevant applicants taking into consideration the candidate’s previous experience, preferences, salary, location and other behavioural data. The app allows direct messaging between parties, and an in-app hiring button. 

Telefónica is also an investor in Jobandtalent through Telefónica Open Future, its global entrepreneurship and innovation network.
