FINANCIALS: Korn Ferry sees increase in revenue

Global executive search firm Korn Ferry International has seen year-on-year Q3 revenue increase 14% on a constant currency basis, according to results for the three months to 31 January 2016.

Global executive search firm Korn Ferry International has seen year-on-year Q3 revenue increase 14% on a constant currency basis, according to results for the three months to 31 January 2016.

The results, published yesterday, reveal Q3 revenue of $344.2m (£242.5m) and adjusted diluted earnings per share of $0.52.

Providing an update on the integration of December 2015 acquisition Hay Group, Korn Ferry chief executive Gary Burnison said the group is in the final stages of integrating the global people strategy and organisational performance adviser, with the last stage expected to be completed by 31 July 2016.
