Recruitment sector payroll solutions provider Ship Shape Resources has reported higher profits on the back of a big increase in turnover, according to results filed at Company’s House.

Profits after tax rose to £703,360 in the 12 months to 31 May 2015, compared with £533,664 in 2104. Turnover also grew by 45% from £55.5m in 2014 to £80.3m in 2015.

Cheshire-headquartered Gap Personnel acquired by Rcapital

Cheshire-headquartered recruitment agency Gap Personnel has been acquired by Rcapital in a corporate carve-out.
