US specialist pharmaceutical company Noven Pharmaceuticals has appointed Dolores Calicchio as vice president of HR.

Previously VP, HR at travel firm Carnival, Calicchio succeeds Lance Williams, who is retiring in April.

In her new role, Calicchio will be responsible for all HR activities affecting Noven’s workforce across the US.
