Construction recruiter On-Site Group has brought Duncan Collins and Alison Garland on board.

Collins is appointed group operations director, heading up the group’s operations in the group’s labour and trades, white collar temporary and permanent recruitment divisions.

He comes with 30 years’ experience in construction recruitment, mainly with Hays Specialist Recruitment.

Garland joins the On-Site Group as head of employee relations.

She spent nearly 19 years with Gratte Brothers, a building services engineering company, as head of human resources.
