Executive search and leadership consultancies Alderbrooke, ALSpective and Talengo have launched The Global Community for Leaders (TGCL).

TGCL aims to explore new assessment techniques, champion the use of the latest technologies and promote best practice in search, culture and talent management. 

TGCL will also publish regular insights and content tailored to international businesses, addressing talent issues and challenges that firms face.

ALSpective has offices in Paris, Geneva and Tunis; Alderbrooke runs operations across the UK and the Middle East; and, Talengo has a presence in Madrid, Barcelona, Bogotá and Mexico City.
