Global executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles has appointed Lisa Baird to its to its leadership consulting practice. 

Baird joins Heidrick & Struggles from Taconic Capital Advisors, where she was chief human resources officer. She will be based in the firm's New York City office, working within both its financial services and leadership consulting practices.

As Recruiter reported earlier this week, Marcus de Luca has also been appointed as a partner in the firm’s financial services practice.
