International executive search firm Pedersen & Partners has appointed Jan Großmann as client partner and head of its consumer products and retail team in Germany.

Großmann was previously a senior partner with global executive search firm Stanton Chase, where he led and executed general management, marketing, sales, business development and operations search mandates.
